Recreational Facilites

Some of the more challenging projects that we experience with are the various commercial and recreational facilities, specifically water parks that we have worked on in the Northeastern United States. These projects include expansion to Six Flags of Ohio and Red Oaks Water Park in Michigan, to a brand new theme park called Roseland Water Park in Canadaigua, New York.

HealthCare

Few industries are as sensitive to maintain environmental integrity as healthcare. We have in-depth experiencewith healthcare’s stringent project parameters and our project portfolio includes mechanical contracting and expansion work for various medical centers and dental offices, including Metro Health Medical Offices and the PMR Oral Surgery Center and multiple dental offices for John Hudec DDS.

Institutional and Governmental

Our work experience for institutional and governmental clients includes such diverse projects as mechanical contracting for NASA, which included the Pulse Detonation & Sewer Modification and a Central Chemical Storage facility. Mayport Naval Base projects from the Divers locker Room renovation too the Gateway Inn and Suites, a 121 room Hotel on the base. We have also provided plumbing contracting for various colleges, such as Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland State University.

Restaurants

Professor Plumb Inc. has extensive experience in new construction, remodeling, and providing service work to restaurants in the area. We specialize in working with contractors to ensure all plumbing is run according to plans and to code.
