"After having several plumbers at my home to find out where a water leak was coming from, Professor Plumb found the culprit.  It was a slab leak and the water luckily was going outside of my home.  I decided then to have the house re-plumbed.   I highly recommend Professor Plumb for any of your plumbing needs.  Staff was courteous, punctual and thorough, but most important trustworthy.  I felt the price was reasonable for the amount of work required.   I had three options to choose from and chose the Premier (the best) with a lifetime warranty.  I have shut-offs on all my plumbing in the garage which I feel is so necessary when you have a water problem.  You don't have to shut the main just the area its coming from.  I think this system is so great and I am blessed to have found them."

  "I awoke on the morning of December 5th, 2012 to water cascading over my kitchen floor, pouring out from under my kitchen sink.  I pulled out all the cleaners, pots, pans and assorted junk that lives down there and half and hour later I could see the problem...I needed a new sink as the copper tubes had corroded through on the valve.  I thought this a simple procedure, and ran off to Home Depot to do it myself.  Big Mistake.  Four hours and three separate trips to the hardware store later I was at my wit's end and called Ernie over at Professor Plumb.  He answered immediately and the first question he asked about the sink was what took me three trips to Home Depot to find out on my own.  I knew then he was the man for the job and he fit me into his schedule that day.  He had the parts I needed right there on his truck (which was remarkably well-organized).  He wore professional attire with his shirt tucked in, was cordial, well -spoken and very knowledgeable.  He took care to keep the work area as clean as possible while working and cleaned when he was done.  The job I'd been running myself ragged for half a day on he did in an hour and a half.  When I added up the time and frustation I spent NOT fixing it myself, I now advise anyone who asks to spare themselves the headache and call Professor Plumb.  He got it done right, fast and guaranteed it.  That is money well spent in my opinion, and I'll be calling Ernie for all my future plumbing needs and leave the headaches for someone else. Long story short, if you value your time call Ernie and get it done right the first time."

    "I called Professor Plumb when I started receiving higher than normal water bills. When I called them they were able to come out the same day and look for the problem. I love their purple trucks and their technician was very professionial, clean, and knowledgable. As it turned out we needed a house re-pipe due to a leak in our old pipes. They told us up front how much the job was going to cost before they began any work. The price was fair so we scheduled the job and once it began, they worked not stop to ensure that we were'nt without water for long.
